ARTICLE XIV

Notice

Whenever under the terms of this franchise either party shall be required or permitted to give notice to the other, such notice shall be in writing and if to be served upon the City it shall be delivered by first class mail to the City of Deerfield, Kansas, and if the grantee then by delivering first class mail to such officer at such address as the grantee shall from time to time direct.
